Guinness
A classic 80/20 gas pour - Irish dry stout. 
Ingredients: Brewed with water, barley, roast malt extract, hops, and yeast, with a significant amount of roasted barley responsible for its unique color and flavor. 
Flavor Profile: Known for its roasted, coffee-like flavors and a balanced bitterness. 
Appearance: A very dark red, almost black color with a dense, creamy head when poured correctly. 
Mouthfeel: The use of nitrogen, rather than just carbon dioxide, provides a smooth, velvety texture and a dense, long-lasting foam.

Old Speckled Hen 
English Pale Ale / Strong Pale Ale. 
Flavor Profile: A blend of malty tastes, with notes of toffee, caramel, and fruit, balanced by the bitterness of English hops and a refreshing, dry finish. 
Color & Appearance: Pours a rich, reddish-amber hue with a creamy head. 
Brewing: Brewed with Pale and Crystal malt, and hopped with English hops like Target and East Kent Goldings, using a unique strain of yeast first used in 1896. 
Origin: First brewed by Morland & Co. (now part of Greene King) to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the MG car factory in Abingdon.

Sudwerk People's Pils is a Northern German-style Pilsner and we pour it on the proper Czech style faucet from Lukr. It is a lager beer known for being brewed with 100% Pilsner malt and a blend of Hallertauer and Tettnang hops, resulting in a crisp, clean finish with traditional noble hop aromas.

Weihenstephan Heifeweizen
Style: German Hefeweizen (or Hefeweissbier), which translates to "yeast wheat". 
Aroma and flavor: Distinctive notes of banana and clove, with fruity and spicy hints. 
Appearance: Hazy, golden-yellow color with a large, frothy white head. 
Mouthfeel: Soft, fluffy, and creamy texture with high carbonation. 
Origin: Brewed by the Weihenstephan Brewery, considered the world's oldest brewery, located in Bavaria, Germany.

Brooks Dry Apple Cider
Brooks Dry Apple Cider is a California-made, hard cider that is crisp, light, and not sweet, with a 6% ABV and gluten-free ingredients. It is a West Coast version of traditional British dry ciders, made with a blend of fresh-pressed apple juices (like Fuji, Ginger Gold, Granny Smith, and Honeycrisp) and ale yeast. The cider is balanced and has a "good bite" due to its acidity.

Deschutes Pale Ale is an American Pale Ale, specifically their Mirror Pond Pale Ale. It is known for its PNW (Pacific Northwest) and English-inspired style, featuring citrusy and floral Cascade hops, a caramel malt backbone, and a clean, easy-drinking finish. ABV: 5%

Lustau Jarana Fino sherry
Pale straw color with greenish reflections, bright and clean. This is a Jerez style Fino: fresh, mineral and pungent on the nose with almonds and bakery notes. Dry and crisp on the palate, yet rich and with a full finish.
Aged under a veil of yeast, called “flor”, in Bodega Las Cruces in Jerez de la Frontera. The inland climate in the town of Jerez de la Frontera provides a more rounded and fuller style of wine.

Lustau Los Arcos Amontillado sherry
Aged for equal periods under "flor" and in contact with the oxygen, in Bodega Emperatriz Eugenia in Jerez de la Frontera. This dry Amontillado acquires a genuine, rich and nutty flavor through years of aging. Amber in color, with hazelnut aromas on the nose. Light, soft and round on the palate, with a long aftertaste.
